Directly inspired by his unique approach to humanitarian architecture, Ban’s simple and elegant vase epitomizes the architect’s use of unconventional recycled materials. Constructed out of a cut industrial paper tube and basic plywood with a colored glass bottle insert, Ban’s minimalist edition has the air of temporariness, yet the edition is both durable and sustainable. The insert comes in either red or yellow.
